Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers.
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals & follow standard brand guidelines.
- Ensure design consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
- Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Having photo shooting, motion graphic, video creation & AI adoption skills is a MUST.
