Graduate Talent/Junior/Middle QA Automation Engineer (SDET)

Job Description

We are now looking for a Middle/Junior Software QA Test Development Engineer, you will collaborate with multi-functional groups.

SDET is responsible for test planning, execution, and reporting, you will also write scripts to automate testing, design and develop tools for QA team, or develop integration tests for validation, so QA engineer can improve productivity or optimize test plan.

As a SDET test developer, you must identify weak spots and constantly design better and creative test plans to break software and identify potential issues. You will have a huge impact on the quality of company's products.

What you'll be doing:

1. Review product requirements and develop test matrix.
2. Build test plan, design test case, execute and report test progress, bugs, and results to management.
3. Automate test cases and assist in the architecture, crafting and implementing of test frameworks.
4. Manage bug lifecycle and co-work with inter-groups to drive for solutions.
5. In-house repro and verify customer issues/fixes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech./MCA) or equivalent practical experience.
• For fresher, graduate talent with high-profile in academic achievements with graduation before June 2026 to work full-time and hands-on knowledge with QA Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineer (SDET experience with good coding skills, Automation Focus)
• Good English communication (including technical discussions)
• Having QA Automation experience (test cases development and automation) is preferred
