Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Hanoi for a Government Relations Manager. The selected candidate will establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, represent the company in legislative and regulatory discussions, and ensure compliance with local and regional policies. Responsibilities include analyzing legislative initiatives, preparing policy briefs, and developing strategies for regulatory advocacy. The role involves effective communication with internal stakeholders and external government representatives to ensure alignment and advance the company's objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Governmental Affairs, Government Relations, and Legislative Relations
  • Analytical Skills to assess and interpret regulatory developments and policy changes
  • Strong Communication skills to articulate company goals, negotiate, and foster relationships with government representatives
  • Knowledge of local governmental processes and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the payments or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
