Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements
- Document requirements clearly, including business flows, functional requirements, and supporting materials
- Support internal UAT before delivering solutions to customers
- Communicate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure requirements are well understood
- Participate in workshops and discussions to clarify business processes and expected solutions
- Analyze and support process improvement opportunities
- Maintain project and requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support project delivery
- Work in an agile environment and support multiple tasks when needed
Requirements/Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
- Good experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for software projects
- Experience creating business documents such as business flows, functional requirements, and UAT-related materials
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of database and API integration
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Miro, or Figma
- Ability to manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and work carefully under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset and good teamwork skills
- Willing to work onsite when required
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Knowledge of UML or business process modeling tools is an advantage
- Experience working with overseas clients or projects is a plus
