In the past year, we've grown 900% across all markets and hit $1M+ in booked revenue - without a dedicated marketing leader. Now we're looking for one. We operate fast, hands-on, and execution-first.
About the role
You'll own Arrowster's entire go-to-market function - content strategy, paid campaigns, funnel analysis, KPI setting, and distribution across every channel we operate. This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You'll build it. You'll work directly with the Country Manager and a lean GTM team, make real decisions fast, and be accountable for results.
What you'll own
- Full funnel ownership: from content impressions to booked calls
- Content strategy in Vietnamese: you understand what makes Vietnamese Gen Z students and their parents stop scrolling and take action
- Campaign decisions: you decide what to scale, what to kill, and when - without needing someone above you to sign off
- Data analysis: you can read what the numbers are telling you and translate that into concrete next steps
- Freelancer and vendor management: you've managed external partners and held them accountable to output
Who you are
- 35 years in B2C marketing, ideally at a tech startup or high-growth company (EdTech, TikTok, Shopee, or similar competitive environment)
- You've built campaigns from scratch before - not just optimized systems that already existed
- You have content sense: you know a good hook when you see one, and you know why something isn't converting
- You're comfortable owning a KPI, not just reporting on it
Not a fit if
- Your main skill is only SEO/Ads or brand management - this role will dynamically juggle
- You've only ever run paid ads and called it growth
- You need a large team and budget to do your best work

Work setup
100% onsite at The Hive Villa, Tho in, District 2, HCMC. We used to go seven days a week. Now we average 6 days a week to allow for flexibility but everyone here still works hard because they want to win, not because someone tells them to.
