Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Development
- Define Product Vision: Work closely with GTS HO, develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for cash management, trade finance and digital channel solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct local market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; leverage insights to inform product decisions, to ensure the GTS products maintain a competitive position in the market.
- Product Roadmap: Align with GTS HO, create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and resource allocation. Be responsible to work with Product Owner/GTS HO PM to prepare and update Product Principles/Local Addendum, User guides, Process flows, and pricing structures.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, compliance and technology teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support. Coordinate with HO and VN relevant teams on projects to build new product capabilities onshore.
- Client Engagement: Work with BU/sales to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Product Launch and Management
- Launch Planning: Lead product launch initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, training and support materials for sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and KPIs; analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product offerings.
Regulatory Compliance
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all GTS products comply with relevant regulations, industry standards and bank policy; work closely with local legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks to ensure GTS products in full compliance of the regulation and bank policy.
Other Assigned Special Projects: Execute special tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- University degree or above, business related majors are preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management within transaction banking, specifically in cash management and trade finance
- Fluent English & Vietnamese
- Knowledge of Trade, Cash products. Knowledge on Securities Services is a Bonus
- Ability to gather, interpret and analyze data
- Communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with the Bank's business-related regulations and trade, cash and digital channel operating procedures
