Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Total Rewards Manager to lead the structure, implementation, and management of total rewards strategies across multiple geographies. This role will play a key part in ensuring our organization remains competitive in the market while aligning with business objectives and fostering employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with proven experience working in multinational or regional organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and manage global compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary structure reviews to ensure competitiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to design short-term and long-term incentive programs.

Policy & Program Development

  • Drive consistency in global total rewards policies while allowing local flexibility.
  • Evaluate and enhance health, wellness, retirement, and insurance benefits programs.
  • Manage global mobility and expatriate benefits programs (tax, relocation, housing, etc.).

Performance & Rewards Management

  • Lead annual performance review and merit cycle processes.
  • Design and manage recognition and retention programs to enhance engagement.

Data & Compliance

  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on pay equity, workforce cost, and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global governance standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, with at least 3 years in a regional or global role (preferably in Asia and Europe).
  • Proven experience in multinational companies and working across different cultures.
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility, expatriate policies, and benefits management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities, able to balance strategic and operational work.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
