The Role

Kenosis Collective is seeking motivated Social Media Volunteers / Interns to manage one of our official social media platforms.

As part of the content team, you will create posts, visuals, and short-form content that promote our books, authors, and translation initiativeswhile strengthening our global brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Own and manage a content calendar for your assigned platform

Produce 34 high-quality posts per week using Kenosis Collective templates

Create visuals, carousels, and short-form videos using Canva and CapCut

Edit short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style formats), where applicable

Schedule and publish content consistently and without reminders

Engage with audiences in a friendly, professional tone

Collaborate with fellow interns and volunteers to maintain quality and alignment

• Track engagement and submit short monthly performance updates
• Repost and reshare content across relevant platforms when required

Minimum Requirements

Strong written English (international or American/British standard)

Genuine interest in books, publishing, or digital media

Familiarity with Canva and CapCut

• Availability of 1015 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Open to students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or creating social media content
• Proven attention to detail and follow-through
• Knowledge of short-form video trends
• Background in communication, marketing, media, or design
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
