Global Production Planning Specialist

- Monitor and control ordering parameters to ensure successful order releases via the system.

- Review all purchase orders, including adjustments, updates, and modifications before the release deadline.

- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and the purchasing department based on the current order plan.

- Prepare and submit periodic order release reports.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve backlogs and minimize errors during order issuance.

- Check and process supplementary purchase orders when required.

- Monitor and follow up on any issues related to purchase orders.

- Resolve outstanding orders from previous periods.

- Coordinate with the IT department to handle system-related issues affecting order processing.

- Complete reports and other tasks as assigned by management.

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).

- Proficient in SAP system, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and SQL Server.

- Strong reporting skills using Power BI and Microsoft Office.

- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in order planning or supply chain-related roles.
