How You'll Make An Impact
- You will participate in a structured rotational program across different departments and business units within Hitachi's power solutions portfolio (e.g., engineering, project management, sales, R&D, manufacturing).
- You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative power generation, transmission, and distribution solutions, assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring for large-scale energy infrastructure projects, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the power industry.
- You will support the sales and marketing teams in developing proposals and presentations for clients worldwide, collaborate with international teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects, engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
- You will prepare reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations, adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Power, Energy, Industrial), or a related field. Strong academic record with a demonstrable interest in the power and energy sector. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and relocate as required for rotational assignments, demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude and prior internship or project experience in the energy industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus.
