Responsibilities:
Bank and e-Wallet Promotion/Incentives Program:
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure Marketing Framework agreement/Marketing Appendix has been signed off prior to campaign.
Work with internal teams to ensure marketing recon reports and invoices are shared with external parties timely and follow up on the collection of payment.
Assist to reconcile discrepancies raised between internal and external parties.
Operations:
Understand internal concerns on day-to-day operations which may include delays in settlements, reportsets, and work with partner operation teams to ensure issues are resolved and mitigated.
Partner Amendments:
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure amendments are fully reviewed and executed.
Customer Complaint Cases Related to Channels:
Liaise with TTS, internal & external partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Qualification(s):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related e-Commerce field.
At least 2 years of experience in BPO operations, e-Commerce or Tech company, Payment, and Fintech
industries are preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Preferred Qualification(s):
Experience as BPO agents in Payment/Fintech industries will be a plus.
Experience in handling payment/wallet/card/settlement/digital banking-related operations, cross-border payment or user product experience is preferred.
