Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for building and developing the Group's strategic relationship network with partners, investors, financial institutions, industry associations, and international organizations, with the goal of driving business growth, expanding market presence, attracting investment

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and expand a strategic network of partners, investors, investment funds, financial institutions, banks, and domestic and international technology corporations.
  • Identify, connect, and advance business collaboration opportunities, strategic investments, and ecosystem development for the Group.
  • Support the CEO and Executive Board in attracting international investors, identifying strategic partners, and expanding business operations in key target markets.
  • Develop and execute investor engagement programs; coordinate the preparation of pitch materials, company profiles, and investor presentation content.
  • Represent the Group in engagements with Fintech, technology, and banking/financial associations, as well as international economic organizations.
  • Establish and develop relationships with trade organizations, innovation networks, and global business communities.
  • Work closely with the CEO and C-Suite in shaping growth strategy, market expansion, and international relationship development.
  • Represent the Group at international forums, conferences, and events; contribute to strengthening the Group's brand, reputation, and global influence.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; preference given to candidates who graduated from leading global universities or an international Master's degree / MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, investment, or international relations.
  • Extensive network with investors, investment funds, financial institutions, banks, and international partners.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Fintech, technology, or global industry associations and professional bodies.
  • Preference for candidates with experience at multinational corporations, international financial institutions, Big4 Consulting, Big Tech, or large-scale technology-finance conglomerates.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships at the C-suite, investor, and international organizational levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation, business networking, and strategic partnership development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of economics, finance, banking, technology, and the global Fintech ecosystem.
  • Professional-level English proficiency — capable of negotiating, presenting, and working directly with international partners.
  • Strategic mindset with strong results orientation.
  • Ability to create influence and build trust with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Professional conduct and standards suited to an international business environment.
  • Self-driven, agile, and highly adaptable in a global business context.
  • Strong commitment to the Group's long-term growth and development objectives.
