Develop and execute global service network expansion plans in alignment with business strategy.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard service partners, workshops, and authorized service providers in international markets.
Define and implement global standards for service facilities, tools, equipment, and staffing.
Support contract negotiation and manage service partner performance.
Establish, implement, and monitor after-sales processes including maintenance, repair, warranty, roadside assistance, and customer support.
Ensure global service partners comply with operational standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Parts, Quality, Training, and Customer Experience teams.
Support service readiness and operational setup in new markets.
Provide on-site operational support, coaching, and process implementation.
Resolve complex operational and customer service issues in overseas markets.
Prepare regular performance and network development reports.
Recommend strategic and operational improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Vietnamese nationality.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service operations, or service network development.
Strong English proficiency (professional working level required).
Willingness and readiness to relocate and work overseas long-term.
Strong ability to work in multicultural, international environments.
Experience working with global automotive OEMs.
Experience in international service network development.
Knowledge or experience in electric vehicle service operations is a strong advantage.
