Define and drive the global strategy to expand dealer and distribution networks in priority markets.
Identify, assess, and select potential partners (distributors, dealers, and investors).
Establish international dealership standards for brand identity and operations (CI, facility planning, equipment standards, etc.).
Oversee and control new dealer openings and existing dealer renovations, ensuring on-time delivery.
Evaluate investment models, financial capability, and business plans of partners to ensure sustainable growth.
Lead global aftersales strategy and operations (service, parts, warranty, customer care) to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
Implement aftersales performance management systems and KPIs (CSI, workshop productivity, parts turnover, etc.) and optimize warranty/service cost and processes.
Manage cross-border stakeholder engagement: negotiate with foreign investors/partners, support project execution (budgeting, facilities, recruitment/training), and coordinate cross-functionally (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal) while building and developing the Network Development & Aftersales teams.
1015+ years of experience in the automotive industry across Network Development, Aftersales, Dealer Management, or Distribution.
Proven track record of opening dealers / rolling out networks across multiple countries, working directly with investors or international distributor groups.
Strong understanding of global automotive markets and 3S/4S dealership operating models.
Extensive experience managing large-scale network expansion projects end-to-end.
Deep technical knowledge of aftersales operations (workshop operations, parts business, warranty management) plus solid understanding of legal, investment finance, and automotive CI/VI standards.
Strong business analytics, forecasting, and strategic planning skills; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
