Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused CRM Specialist to support lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, and In-App channels.
This role will focus on hands-on campaign setup, segmentation execution, tracking validation, and performance monitoring. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Product, and Design teams to ensure CRM campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and optimized for engagement and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Operations:
- Set up and deploy CRM campaigns in Braze (or equivalent platform).
- Build and validate user segments based on behavioral and lifecycle criteria.
- Implement channel frequency rules and suppression logic.
- QA campaign flows (trigger logic, personalization tokens, deep links, audience filters).
- Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
Tracking & Technical Setup:
- Generate and validate deeplinks via AppsFlyer.
- Support paywall pricing configuration (App Store / Google Play Console).
- Ensure proper event tracking alignment between CRM, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-launch QA testing (test users, real-user validation).
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue uplift).
- Support A/B test setup and iteration loops.
- Maintain reporting dashboards in Amplitude / Looker.
- Identify underperforming segments and suggest optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Design on creative assets.
- Align with Product on lifecycle triggers and feature releases.
- Support Growth team on monetization and retention experiments.
What You Will Have:
Must-Have Tools & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred) or similar CRM tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, Iterable).
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer (deep links & attribution basics).
- Experience using Amplitude (event-based behavioral analytics).
- Comfortable working with Looker or similar BI tools.
- Basic understanding of app paywall configuration and subscription models.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 - 4+ years in CRM / Lifecycle / Growth Marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and campaign QA discipline.
- Experience in mobile app or subscription-based business is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.

- Able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
