As AWING expands into the international market, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Global Business Development Specialist to join our international team and help us build our presence from the ground up.

Role Overview:

As a Global Business Development Specialist at AWING, you will play a critical role in driving the company's international expansion by supporting country managers and managing AWING Partners (APs) in assigned international markets. You will work closely with the Global Business Manager to ensure operational success and relationship growth across targeted regions. This role requires a combination of analytical, communication, and executional skills to support our top-down partnership acquisition strategy in key sectors like F&B chains, malls, hospitals, and public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Market Development & Support

  • Collaborate with the Global Business Manager and country managers to identify, assess, and prioritize new partnership opportunities in target markets.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and strategic support to ensure the successful onboarding and management of AWING Partners in assigned regions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of APs, proposing improvements and solutions to optimize engagement and revenue.

2.    Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, understanding their needs and aligning AWING's value proposition accordingly.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and regular check-ins with key stakeholders in the region to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

3.    Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between country managers and the Global Business Director, ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs; prepare regular updates and reports on progress and market insights.

4.    Operational Excellence

  • Support localization of partner materials, onboarding documents, and operational workflows as needed for different markets.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in collaboration with internal teams such as Technology, Legal, and Finance

Roles Overview

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in international business development, partnership management, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising, tech platforms, or B2B partnerships.
  • Familiarity with international markets, especially in Southeast Asia, East Asia, or emerging economies.
  • Understanding of Wi-Fi marketing or adtech platforms is a plus.
