VinFast is seeking a proactive and results-driven
After-sales Campaign Manager to lead and optimize global after-sales programs. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring service campaigns, maintenance programs, recall actions, and customer loyalty initiatives across markets. The role involves close collaboration with regional after-sales teams, dealers, service centers, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet business goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement global after-sales campaigns, including service programs, recall actions, and loyalty initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional teams, dealers, and service centers to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality, Customer Care, Marketing, Product, and Dealer Network teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
- Develop SOPs and best practices for campaign execution across markets.
- Support customer communication strategies and enhance the post-purchase experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations or service campaign management.
- Hands-on experience managing after-sales or service campaigns in a multi-market environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes, dealer operations, and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and project management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
