Key Accountabilities
This role is responsible for setting the commercial direction for GT and Horeca channels, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, strong market penetration, and profitable business expansion. The position will lead the development of an effective route-to-market strategy and build a disciplined, high-impact sales organization.
- Define and drive the overall GT and Horeca channel strategy in line with the company's long-term business goals.
- Take full ownership of sales performance, revenue delivery, and market share development across assigned channels.
- Build, structure, and continuously strengthen the GT and Horeca sales teams through effective leadership and coaching.
- Expand distribution reach and develop strategic customer partnerships to accelerate channel growth.
- Leverage market insights, customer data, and competitive intelligence to guide commercial decision-making.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure strong end-to-end execution.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline governance to ensure accuracy and execution discipline.
- Establish clear performance frameworks, incentive schemes, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in FMCG sales, with extensive exposure to GT or Horeca channels at a senior management level.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven success in driving growth through distribution and key account development.
- Solid leadership capabilities with experience in building high-performing, scalable sales teams.
- Excellent execution capability with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and understanding of compliance and governance principles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
