KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial & Business Strategy
- Lead overall business strategies and identify sustainable growth opportunities based on evolving market dynamics.
- Establish and maintain strong strategic collaboration with commercial & sales networks to drive market penetration and operational synergy.
2. Operations Leadership
- Exercise full operational oversight across multiple large-scale breeding farms and a state-of-the-art hatchery facility.
- Ensure strict biosecurity protocols, production yield efficiency, and high standards of animal welfare across all operating sites.
3. People & Organizational Leadership
- Build, develop, and lead spanning Farm Operations, Hatchery Management, and Supporting Corporate Functions.
- Foster a high-performance culture, operational accountability, and continuous improvement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: Proven leadership track record in an equivalent General Manager, Business Unit Head, or Senior Country Operations role.
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in the Livestock / Agribusiness sector is required; direct exposure to Poultry or Animal Genetics/Breeding is highly preferred.
- Leadership Capabilities: Commercially minded with robust, hands-on operational leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability in managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships, particularly within a Joint Venture (JV) environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to production sites and regional facilities.
