Job Description

The Role

Our client is a fast-growing global AI technology company building an enterprise-grade AI Agent platform

This is a unique opportunity to build a market from the ground up, shape the go-to-market strategy, and lead the company's long-term growth in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic economies.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Revenue Growth

  • Define and execute the Vietnam market entry and expansion strategy.
  • Build relationships with C-level stakeholders across large enterprises and strategic accounts.
  • Drive enterprise sales activities from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Own revenue targets and business performance for the Vietnam market.

Business Building & Operations

  • Establish and scale local operations, processes, and organizational structure.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across sales, delivery, customer success, and partner ecosystems.
  • Collaborate closely with global leadership teams to align local initiatives with regional and global objectives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and customer-centricity.
  • Act as the face of the company in Vietnam, representing the business with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Proven success in Enterprise B2B Sales, Business Development, Country Management, or General Management roles.
  • Experience building and scaling businesses, teams, or new market operations from an early stage.
  • Strong network within Vietnam's enterprise ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite decision makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data Platforms, or Technology Consulting is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with operational leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Profile

  • Former Founder, Co-Founder, Startup Leader, Country Head, Business Unit Head, or Enterprise Sales Director.
  • Track record of driving growth in emerging or newly established markets.
  • Passion for AI and the future of intelligent enterprise technologies.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from 0 to 1.
