The Property

La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 226 room property nestled on the southwest coast of Phu Quoc, blending distinctive Amalfi Coast-inspired architecture with panoramic views of the island's signature sunsets.The resort is home to eight restaurants and bars, offering Italian and Mediterranean‑inspired cuisine alongside destination dining venues, beachfront concepts and rooftop experiences.

The Role

As the General Manager of La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton, you are entrusted with leading a one-of-a-kind property with its own story, character, and sense of place. Curio hotels are defined by their individuality. This role requires a leader with refined judgment, aesthetic sensibility, and the confidence to operate without a rigid brand playbook.

Your job is to evolve and express the hotel's unique identity – shaping an elevated guest experience that is emotionally resonant and commercially successful. From design and dining to scent, tone, and team style, you will make decisions that reflect your property's narrative and create boutique-level moments of delight.

You will approach food and beverage not as a brand standard, but as a signature expression of the property – implementing concepts that are inspired by the hotel's story and curated to feel refined, thoughtful, and original. You will work with local artisans, designers, and cultural voices to craft a guest journey that surprises, connects, and lingers long after checkout.

Beyond the guest experience, you will champion commercial success. You will anticipate market trends, partner with Sales & Marketing to develop strategies that drive revenue, and ensure the property thrives both financially and reputationally. Your stewardship will balance creativity with performance – meeting KPIs while elevating the brand.

Owner relations will be a cornerstone of your role. You will maintain open, proactive communication, sharing insights into financial performance, brand initiatives, and the overall health of the property. Your advocacy will secure resources that preserve and enhance the hotel's distinctive identity.

Above all, your leadership will inspire a team that values personalization, emotional intelligence, and creative service delivery. You will maintain high expectations for quality, presentation, and experience execution – leading with good taste, strong instincts, and a deep understanding of elevated boutique hospitality, while living Hilton's values as part of the #1 World's Best Workplace.

The Essentials

What You Bring to Curio Collection by Hilton

  • Prior experience as a General Manager, preferably with Luxury and F&B background
  • Recent operational leadership experience in South-East Asia
  • Proven ability to apply refined aesthetic judgement and brand sensibility to curate distinctive guest experiences across all touchpoints
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and guest engagement metrics
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in leadership development, with a track record of achieving outstanding team member engagement
