Job Description
As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations not only in the Engineering & Manufacturing department and the finance, HR, CS also;
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance profitability and efficiency;
- Managing budgets and financial planning;
- Maintaining quality assurance and customer satisfaction;
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team;
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies;
The Successful Applicant
A successful General Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Furniture sector.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
