Job Description
The key responsibility includes:
- Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring collaboration among departments to streamline processes and fulfill customer needs efficiently.
- Develop and execute production strategies to align with company objectives and propel business expansion.
- Efficiently manage production schedules to ensure prompt product delivery.
- Ensure quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to evaluate product feasibility, quality, and cost.
- Control budgets, monitor production expenses, and enhance financial performance.
- Establish and refine policies and procedures to boost operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is a plus;
- Proven experience as a Chief Production Officer or in a similar senior production management role, preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry;
- Strong background in production planning and budgeting, with the ability to effectively manage financial resources;
- Fluent communication skills in English;
- Stakeholder management skills; being a bridge between BOD and subordinates;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on data and industry insights;
