General Manager (VN HCM+HPH Branch)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Create business develop and sales plans for the branch. Complete branch sales KPI and management goals.

2) Responsible for mange relationship with local carriers, airlines, suppliers and booking agents, follow and implement management requirement assigned by headquarter, as long as establish the internal control mechanism.

3) Responsible for building BD team, organizing and planning sales activities. Cooperating with headquarter to manage the branch sales and operation team.

4) Responsible for daily operation management and administration.

5) Be the contact person of Everok Group to local customers and agents.

6) Complete other tasks assigned by headquarter.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICAITON

1) College (Bachelor) degree or other advanced degrees, with more than 5 years of sales and team management experience in freight forwarding industry.

2) Familiar with the local logistics/exports/imports market, candidate who has wide scope social resources in the logistical industry with existed customer resources is highly preferred.

3) Keen market insight, strong organizational management skills, as well as communication skills and team spirit.

4) Be sensitive and fully understand in digital freight forwarding development.

5) Strong responsibility on work. Treat career and colleagues with sincerity.

6) Good command of oral and written English. Candidate who command Mandarin is prefer.
