Position Summary

The General Director will be the executive leader driving the company's growth in Vietnam.

This role requires an entrepreneurial deal-maker capable of managing a diverse business

ecosystem: from B2B technical solutions for golf courses and B2C app growth (SmartScore)

to Inbound Golf Tours and Advertising sales. The GD serves as the strategic bridge between

local operations and Global HQ in Korea

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development & Operations

• Multi-Business Management: Lead and synchronize all business lines (B2B, B2C, Ad-sales, and
• Golf Inbound Tours) to achieve unified corporate growth targets.
• Commercial Negotiation: Directly lead high-level negotiations and finalize contracts with golf
• courses, corporate partners, and brands across various industries.
• Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company's
• ecosystem and maximize overall profitability.

2. HQ Alignment & Executive Reporting

• Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary link to Korea HQ, ensuring local strategies are in perfect
• alignment with global directives and standards.
• Transparent Reporting: Provide HQ with data-driven insights and comprehensive reports on
• market performance, financial health (P&L), and strategic milestones.

3. Operational Excellence & Legal Representation

• Organization Leadership: Empower a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced startup
• environment, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Compliance & Legal: Ensure all business activities strictly adhere to local laws. Represent the
• legal entity in all official matters with government authorities

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership
• role (GD, Country Manager, or Business Head).
• Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Vietnam Golf Industry, including course
• operations and the local golfing community.
• Networking: An established professional network within the golf, media, and hospitality sectors
• in Vietnam.
• Startup Mindset: Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing diverse projects
• simultaneously.
• Language Proficiency:

- Vietnamese: Professional Mastery (Equivalent to native level).

- English: Full Professional Proficiency (Mandatory for HQ reporting).

- Korean: Proficiency is a major advantage.
