Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership and develop strategic plans to guide the company's growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead the execution of corporate strategies and ensure alignment with the overall mission and vision of the company.
Commercial and Residential Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of both commercial and residential projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Negotiation and Business Development:
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and vendors.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the company's real estate portfolio.
Financial Management:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a General Director in the real estate industry with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, advertising, and marketing & sales.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
