Company Description
TODA (THAILAND) CO., LTD., established in 1984, and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, specializes in the distribution of upholstery leather fabric, interior films, and staplers from Thailand. With a focus on smart solutions and superior quality, TODA aims to provide innovative and reliable products to its clients.
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a temporary replacement when back-office staff are absent
- Coordinate with the GM and department heads to develop work processes and regulations, including monitoring & evaluating implementation effectiveness and proposing adjustments when necessary.
- Sales Department (Sales Coordinator): Support order creation, promotional programs, customer information management, contracts, and sales tools.
- Accounting Department: Support invoice issuance and document tracking.
- Warehouse Department: Support the creation of delivery orders.
- HR Department: Support tasks such as company trips, uniforms, and employee health matters.
- Administration Department: Support tasks such as monitoring repairs, construction work, and handling seasonal activities during Mid-Autumn Festival, Tet, and other company events.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by the GM.
- Prepare and submit reports related to assigned tasks.
II. KPI MEASUREMENT
- Ensure timely and sufficient support for all departments.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across departments.
- Drive revenue growth by providing effective, non-delayed back-office support.
- Contribute to building a professional and efficient working environment.
- Support cost monitoring and control.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in administrative management or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years
