Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant located in 86, 3 Street, Binh Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Description
- Guide, review, and ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions.
- Check and reconcile tax reports and financial statements on a regular basis.
- Review the validity, payment terms, and tax terms of purchase and sales contracts.
- Receive payment requests from departments, check cash flow balance, and process payments.
- Prepare loan application documents and work with banks/financial institutions when required.
- Consolidate data and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Coordinate and communicate directly with other departments on accounting and financial matters.
- Work with tax authorities: provide documents, explain data, and support during inspections or audits.
- Propose and establish policies and procedures to improve the accounting system.
- Assign and manage tasks for accounting staff effectively.
- Propose methods and initiatives to control costs across departments.
