GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (RESTAURANT & BAR)

Job Responsibilities

• Financial & Accounting Management:
• Record, monitor, and reconcile daily revenue and expenses of the restaurant/bar.
• Track accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow transactions.
• Verify and process invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
• Monitor and control inventory to ensure accurate stock management.
• Financial & Tax Reporting:
• Prepare financial statements and business performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Assist with tax declarations and settlements (VAT, PIT, CIT, business license tax, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
• Business Operations Support:
• Collaborate with the operations team to control costs and optimize profitability.
• Review and process payroll, bonuses, and social insurance contributions.
• Conduct internal audits and propose financial improvement strategies.
