General Accountant (Payable Officer)

Ensure accurate and timely commission and bonus calculation in alignment with approved schemes, safeguarding financial integrity and partner trust through reliable payout execution on DMS and Ingenium systems.

Strengthen payout governance by rigorously validating and cross-checking commission data, proactively identifying discrepancies and ensuring corrective actions are completed prior to payment release.

Drive system accuracy by coordinating the setup and adjustment of commission structures for scheme changes and new product launches, ensuring full alignment between policy design and system configuration.

Deliver transparent and audit-ready reporting by preparing partner payout reports and regulatory submissions with full reconciliation against system data and accounting records.

Maintain compliance and operational excellence by ensuring all commission data is traceable, accurate, and consistent across systems and financial records.

The scope of responsibilities and workload allocation will be adjusted periodically in alignment with evolving business priorities and direct manager assignment.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Auditing, Management Information Systems.

Minimum 5 years of working experience.

Experience in Insurance industry is an advantage.

Advanced MS Office (VBA, SQL).

Strong logical thinking and numerical mindset.

Life Insurance knowledge preferred.
