General Accountant

Role Description

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, tax reports and other analysis reports as required.
• Manage AR, AP, ensure to collect AR, make payment on time.
• Prepare cash flow forecast for finance controlling. Monitor cash requirement. Prepare budgeting and planning periodically.
• Ensure all revenue/sales and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner and explainable.
• Review general ledgers, P&L, BS. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with Vietnam regulations.
• Review all accounting procedures to improve internal control. Be required to recognize risks of data and report to BOD for solution.
• Work with the auditor for annual financial reports.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Tax

• Double check monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT)
• Check the validation of all tax invoices.
• Be able to deal with Tax officers if there are any Tax issues.

Requirement

• At least 3-year experience in relevant positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountant / Finance is required.
• Experience working with ERP Software is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze, make decisions and solve problems, attention to detail.
• God planning and organization skills.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
