1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
- Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory & fixed assets.
- Monitoring inventory transactions
- Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
- Co-operation with warehouses team to follow the inventories in term of monthly value, quarterly annually inventory stock take.
- Process daily bank-related activities including but not limited to visiting banks, writing bank slips, bank transfer, cash withdraw
- Input transaction into accounting software
- Document, data, cash and bank account management
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments
- Other tasks assigned by line manager and BOD.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Finance/Accounting
- At least 03 years of experiences as General Accountant
- Good knowledge in Vietnam financial law including tax legislation
- Work will under high pressure and strict deadlines
- Good in English
- Communication skill
- Very good in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good analytical thinking
