GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (FMCG / RETAIL CHAIN)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 8:00 13:00
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Revenue Management & Payment Reconciliation
- Monitor, verify, and reconcile daily sales revenue from POS systems across retail outlets.
- Perform reconciliation of receipts from multiple payment channels: cash, bank transfers, e-wallets (MoMo, VNPAY, ZaloPay, etc.).
- Identify revenue discrepancies and report variances to management in a timely manner.
2. Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Management
- Track and manage payables/receivables related to suppliers, logistics partners, and digital payment providers.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor and control daily cash flow to support business operations.
3. Financial Analysis & Store Performance Evaluation
- Calculate product costings based on BOM (Bill of Materials), input costs, and related expenses.
- Monitor and allocate operating expenses by store.
- Prepare monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) reports for each retail outlet.
4. Inventory Control & Periodic Stocktaking
- Oversee inventory movements (inbound/outbound/transfers) of materials and finished goods across stores.
- Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams to conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts.
- Monitor inter-warehouse/store transfers and reconcile inventory variances.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare financial statements and management reports as required by the Board of Directors.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition, cost accounting, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax finalization.
6. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within FMCG, retail chains, or consumer goods industries.
- Experience working with POS systems and electronic payment platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and cost management.
- Strong analytical and data processing skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
