Role Description
- Manage and consolidate general accounting data.
- Support detailed accountants in recording transactions and handling daily operations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to government authorities and company management.
- Review and supervise accounting operations and documents.
- Control expenses and verify supporting documents regularly.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports.
- Monitor, analyze, and compare financial data for projects.
- Handle transactions with banks and tax authorities; stay updated with new accounting and tax regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Board of Directors.
- Report directly to the Chief Accountant
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and preparing financial statements
- College or University graduate in Accounting or related fields.
- At least 23 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and task management.
- Honest, diligent, and well-organized.
- Experience with account reconciliation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Skills in managing journal entries and handling accounts receivable and payable
- Ability to support audits and contribute to budget planning and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is advantageous
