Responsibilities:

  • Review payment request documents and process receipts, payments, or money transfers based on approvals.
  • Manage borrowing and lending activities, including foreign loans, by recording, tracking interest, and handling loan repayments.
  • Record transactions between the parent company and subsidiaries.
  • Reconcile account balances and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Manage cash, banking transactions, and tax reports.
  • Support audits and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with staff in the department to establish, build and implement processes and regulations related to the Company's financial activities.
  • Regular Budget and Cash Flow Support.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager.

Requirements:

  • University Graduate, major in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
  • At least 3-5 years experiences in the same position.
  • Experience or knowledge in real estate or construction is a plus.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel).
  • Be able to use English for working (mainly writing and reading, basic speaking and listening).
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multi-tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Solving problem skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn, interest of challenges, willing to share.
  • Responsible, autonomous, punctual and detail-oriented.

Working time: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.

Working location: 13-15A Nguyen Thi Huynh, Phu Nhuan ward, Ho Chi Minh city.
