General Accountant

Job Purpose:

Responsible for recording accounting transactions: FA/Prepaid/AP/Cash. Possess solid knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

• Responsible for recording accounting transactions: FA/ Prepaid /AP/Cash
• Perform reconciliation between accounting documents and the general ledger/Trial balance to ensure all transactions are properly and fully recorded.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve matters related to accounting operations.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all accounting documents in accordance with legal and accounting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards, assist with internal/external audits.
• Update the new policies and regulations on accounting standards, tax to support for business;
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Skills/Experience:

• Experience: At least have 2 years of working experience in manufacturing companies handling relevant accounting tasks.; have experience in using ERP.

• Language: fluence in English, requires 3 skills: listening, speaking and writing

• Can work under high pressure and provide independent solutions.

• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, proactiveness, responsibility, and a continuous learning mindset, good teamwork.

• Competence in MS Office (words, excel, ppt etc.)

• Good communication skills, active oriented.
