Job Description:
Financial Transactions & Ledger Management
- Record and verify daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, logistics, labor, manufacturing overhead, etc.).
- Reconcile general ledgers and sub-ledgers; verify the validity and compliance of invoices, vouchers, and contracts with accounting standards.
Tax Declaration & Financial Reporting
- File and finalize tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) and submit periodic tax reports.
- Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) and analyze variances in manufacturing costs, revenue, and profit.
Cost Control, Budgeting & Inventory Management
- Track and analyze manufacturing costs to propose cost-saving solutions; prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
- Manage and conduct periodic inventory counts (raw materials, finished goods) and resolve physical vs. book variances.
Accounts Receivable/Payable & External Relations
- Monitor and collect customer receivables; ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Work with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities as required.
Legal Compliance & Internal Support
- Stay updated on and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations (especially in manufacturing and agriculture).
- Provide financial reports and technical support to other departments, and perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with Big 4 auditing background are preferred.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and cost accounting/manufacturing accounting.
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills.
- Hands-on experience in budget control, tax refunds, and product costing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under high pressure.
