Digital Transformation
We support enterprises in defining AI use cases, sourcing startups, and executing structured deployments. Our model is McKinsey for AI, with differentiation in scaling transformation through AI-enabled processes and deep partnerships with AI startups. To date, we have supported 100+ large enterprises across Asia through our AI matching platform connecting enterprises to 2,600+ AI startups.
Investment
We invest in enterprise-ready AI startups. A flagship initiative is the FastTrack AI Accelerator (with NVIDIA), offering guaranteed enterprise PoCs, up to USD 1M in GPU and compute credits, and structured pilots. Six startups have progressed through rigorous enterprise PoCs via this program.
Ecosystem Development
We run outcome-driven initiatives including GenAI Builders Meetups, AI workshops and training programs, and structured enterprisestartup matching sessions designed to lead to real deployments. We also publish regional AI adoption insights through our AI report featuring enterprise case studies. In 2026, we will host Southeast Asia's largest AI adoption conference (5,000 attendees, 100+ case studies, 500 matchmaking sessions, target 100 AI PoCs).
Our founding partners are former Amazon Web Services (AWS) leaders with extensive experience working alongside startups, enterprises, and government agencies across ASEAN.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and high-agency Program Associate (Intern) to support the delivery of GenAI Fund's enterprise programs, ecosystem initiatives, and operational activities across Southeast Asia.
This is a hands-on role involving real stakeholders and live projects. You will work closely with enterprises, startups, and ecosystem partners while gaining exposure to how AI transformation platforms operate in practice.
This internship is designed as a conversion track to a full-time role for strong performers. We welcome final-year students, fresh graduates, as well as early-career professionals who are seeking a transformational experience in enterprise AI, startups, and ecosystem building.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Operations SupportThis role may not be suitable if you prefer highly structured tasks, are seeking a purely observational internship, or are uncomfortable engaging directly with founders and senior enterprise stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
