Conduct fit sessions on live models and mannequins, providing clear and accurate fit comments and technical solutions.
Create and maintain detailed technical packs including construction details, measurements, grading, and BOM.
Review and approve prototypes, salesman samples, pre-production samples, and production samples for fit, quality, and workmanship.
Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to resolve technical and construction issues specific to lingerie (bras, briefs, bodysuits, nightwear, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, sizing specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., seam strength, elasticity, labeling).
Liaise with internal teams and overseas suppliers/factories to communicate technical requirements and troubleshoot production issues.
Maintain accurate records of fittings, approvals, and sample revisions.
Support the implementation of size grading and block patterns for lingerie categories.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of garment technician or technical design experience, preferably within lingerie or intimate apparel.
Strong knowledge of lingerie construction techniques, fabrics (lace, mesh, microfiber, elastics, underwire, etc.), and components (hooks & eyes, rings & sliders, padding).
Proficiency in fit analysis and pattern correction; experience with ability to read and amend patterns is highly advantageous.
Excellent understanding of grading, measurement specifications, and tolerance standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and production teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple styles and deadlines effectively.
Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field is preferred.
