Garment Sales Merchandiser

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Sales Merchandising Leader to support customer development, product offering, quotation preparation, and follow-through until order confirmation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to turn business opportunities into real orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams

• Support customer briefs, product development, sourcing, and sample offering

• Coordinate with SD, technical, fabric, trims, and costing teams

• Prepare first-draft quotations using templates, formulas, and cost inputs

• Analyze cost scenarios and understand key cost drivers

• Follow up closely until order confirmation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in garment merchandising, product development, sourcing, technical/sample development, or sales

• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving mindset

• Good Excel and analytical skills

• Technical garment knowledge is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong sales, sourcing, and learning ability
