About the Role:

Join Anta Group, China's leading sportswear enterprise, to protect and elevate the quality of our global brands. We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to be the on-the-ground quality guardian at our partner factories in Vietnam. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the high standards expected by millions of consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for supplier mass production quality control and process audits, conducting special and system audits. Organize suppliers to complete pre-production preparations, including technical transfers, pre-production meetings, and PP sample approvals.

Manage in-line production quality and monitor progress, including physical/chemical and label verification, first-article inspection, and initial, in-process, and final inspections. Execute sampling and send-out inspections according to the testing plan, and follow up on abnormality handling.

Conduct quarterly supplier empowerment sessions, organize certified Quality Control (QC/IQC) training for suppliers, and manage related certifications.

Perform statistical analysis of quality data, and guide/supervise the review of quality goal achievement in factory monthly and quarterly meetings.

Carry out project work related to quality improvement, rectification, automation, and dedicated production line promotion.

We Need You To Have:

·      Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in sportswear/apparel manufacturing.

·      Practical experience working with international brands (e.g., Nike, adidas, Decathlon).

·      Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and AQL standards.

·      Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with factories.

·      Fluent in English/Chinese. Proficiency in Vietnamese is a significant advantag

·      开展季度供应商赋能会议,为供应商组织认证质量控制(QC/IQC)培训,并管理相关认证。

·      对质量数据进行统计分析,指导并监督工厂月度和季度会议中质量目标达成情况的复盘。

·      开展与质量改进、质量整改、自动化推进及专属车间推广相关的项目工作。

任职要求:

·      至少5年运动服装/服装制造质量管理经验。

·      具备与国际品牌(如耐克、阿迪达斯、迪卡侬)合作的实际经验。

·      扎实的服装制造工艺知识及AQL标准。

·      良好的沟通技能,能与工厂高效协作。

·      英语/中文流利。熟练掌握越南语者优先。
