Responsibilities
- After receiving a PO from Sales, input the order into the ERP system.
- Communicate with Head Office, Buyers, Suppliers, and Factories to resolve all matters from development to shipment.
- Process sample development and coordinate with related departments.
- Transfer orders to production (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing).
- Create purchase orders for materials/accessories.
- Work with factories and the Planning team to follow up on sample progress, quality inspections, and order schedules.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to order progress.
- Follow up on delivery schedules and customer payments.
Location: 36 Tay Thanh Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Garment Technology, or a relevant major.
- Good English or Korean or Chinese communication skills.
- At least 12 years of experience as a Knit Garment Merchandiser, with solid knowledge of yarn, fabric, and garment production.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
