Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic business plan and marketing plan for respective business fields
- Maintain accurate and documented sales pipelines of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to direct manager
- Develop and present new services of products testing/inspection/certification and enhance existing relationships that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business of products testing/inspection/certification services
- Conduct market research, information analysis and consolidation for business development projects
- Facilitate customer satisfaction through the proper development of the appropriate company resources to successfully execute sales
- Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of sales.
- Monitor customer engagement activities of the assign accounts and review account management practices
- Build up and lead account team (if needed); Consolidate and regularly update account plans.
Assist direct manager and sales manager in ensuring quality systems of department in respect of:
- In the interest of the department goals, for constantly analyzing the process for areas which could be improved and for implementing suggested improvements in co-operation with the quality management representative
- In monitoring the effectiveness, efficiency, and conformity of the process.
- In arranging for the process participants to create the work instructions, forms and documents required for the process
- Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor
Job Requirement
- At least 02 years experience in the area of business development(prefer Hardlines, Softlines, Agri Products Inspecting...)
- Experiencein TIC Industry would be an advantage
- Customer oriented attitude, strong selling and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
