Job Description
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs across slots and tables (RTP, hit frequency, churn, GGR, NGR, conversion, average bet size, time on device).
- Game Lifecycle Management: Evaluate new game launches, identify underperforming titles, and recommend adjustments (e.g., bonus changes, placement on lobby, bet limits).
- Player Segmentation: Analyze how different player segments interact with slots vs. tables (e.g., high rollers vs. casual players).
- Behavioral Insights: Identify trends in game switching, round velocity, feature triggers (slots), and side bet adoption (tables).
- Competitor & Market Trends: Benchmark our game mix and performance against market data.
- Reporting: Build dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) and automated reports for the ops teams.
Job Requirement
- 2+ years experience in a gaming/gambling analytics role (iGaming, land-based, or B2B provider)
- Understanding of slot mechanics (volatility, RTP structures, feature frequency) and table game rules/odds (house edge, optimal strategy impact, side bets)
- Proficiency in SQL – you can join complex tables and write efficient queries
- Experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
