Game Tester (Junior/Middle)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Game Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, tracking, and reporting bugs, collaborating closely with developers and designers to ensure the highest quality standards before release. Your feedback will play a vital role in improving gameplay, functionality, and overall player experience.

• Write test cases, perform testing, and provide clear and accurate reports on game features.
• Log, track, and verify bugs using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Developers and Game Designers to ensure game quality before release.
• Continuously test games to detect issues related to functionality, logic, graphics, sound, gameplay feel, formulas, and game flow.
• Collect and verify user-reported bugs on released versions, and document findings in detailed reports.
• Provide valuable feedback on games and features from both a tester's and a player's perspective.
• Collaborate and follow up with cross-functional teams (Developers, Designers, etc.) to resolve issues.
• Proactively propose new testing ideas and methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work within Scrum methodology and manage objectives according to OKRs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Tester.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and testing tools such as Jira, Xray.
• Strong knowledge of mobile game testing, gameplay, and game terminology.
• Experience in UX/UI testing is a plus.
• Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Unity, Unreal) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
• Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of the bug life cycle and ability to provide constructive feedback.
