What we are looking for

We're looking for a Game Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our game projectsbridging the gap between clients and internal teams across Design, Art, Engineering, and QA. You'll turn creative visions into actionable production plans, drive execution with confidence, and ensure we deliver fun, polished, and technically sound games.

This role is perfect for a sharp communicator who understands game production realities, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to keep projects on trackwithout losing sight of the player experience.

  • 3+ yearsas a Game Project Manager, Producer, or Delivery Lead in game development.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation fundamentals.
  • Proven ability totranslate business needs into actionable backlogs.
  • Excellent communicator with clientsespecially non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of thegame dev lifecycleacross disciplines.
  • Fluent in English (written + spoken) for meetings, documentation, and alignment.
Preferred (nice to have)
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
  • Unreal Engine, Roblox or Unity familiarity (tools/workflows understanding).
  • Multiplayer/online game production experience; live ops and post-launch iteration experience.
  • Passion for games and deep genre knowledge (e.g., sports/fighting/wrestling as a plus).
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity (docs, reporting, analysis, workflow automation).

What you are going to do1. Partner with Clients & Translate Business Needs
  • Lead discovery sessions to clarify project vision, goals, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Translate high-level ideas into features, user stories, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Guide clients through the realities of game production, managing expectations with transparency.
  • Facilitate alignment via meetings, demos, workshops, and well-documented decisions.

2. Own Project Delivery

  • Build and manage project schedules, sprint plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Coordinate delivery across disciplines (Design, Dev, Art, QA); manage dependencies and milestone readiness.
  • Track progress, scope, and capacity; ensure predictable, transparent delivery.
  • Maintain governance rituals (standups, reviews, action tracking, change control).

3. Lead Risk Management

  • Proactively identify risks and maintain a RAID log with mitigation plans.
  • Handle blockers and inter-team conflicts with a calm, structured approach.
  • Create clarity around definition of done and minimize rework through smart alignment.

4. Bring Game Sense & Product Thinking

  • Use your game literacy to support design feasibility, gameplay validation, and quality assurance.
  • Play reference games to align quality targets and inform production decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers to preserve fun, balance, and product integrity.
