UPLIVE is a fast-growing global publisher. We're looking for a talented Creative Account to coordinate the creative production process across Game advertising projects.
Your work is to ensure high-quality creative deliverables, on-time deadlines, alignment across stakeholders, and a positive, results-driven creative teamwork environment.
What You Will Do
Projects Coordination
- Manage creative production tasks from concept to production, ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, brief, track progress, manage designer resources effectively.
- Follow up on task progress, unblock issues, and flag risks early to Leaders.
- Collab with cross-functional teams to align project execution, goals, timeline
Asset and Delivery Management:
- Produce, collect and organize all required assets, footage, and documentation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet technical requirements and maintain high standards.
- Ensure all project outputs are well stored and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Support quality checks before delivery (format, resolution, naming, basic consistency).
Resource & Performance Management
- Monitor and manage project resources, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Regularly update and track OKRs/KPIs to reflect team performance and project milestones.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for personal and team improvement.
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or creative operations. Game-related experience is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Must love games and have enthusiasm for game creatives.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and track OKRs/KPIs efficiently.
- Comfortable using AI creative tools (or eager to learn and adopt them).
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp/Jira/Notion (or similar).
- Familiarity with Adobe tools or Figma is a plus (hands-on execution not required).
