This position is a supervisor role, responsible for either General Affairs or Human Resources. In GA, the role covers tasks such as visa and TRC procedures for Japanese expatriates, insurance handling, and management of contracts, properties, and multiple sites. In HR, the role focuses on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, labor management, company rules operation, and supporting management on HR and labor matters. Handling applications, renewals, and management of visas, TRC, and work permits for Japanese expatriates and business travelers Managing procedures related to social insurance and private insurance (medical, labor accident, automobile, etc.) and acting as the contact point with insurance providers Handling legal and administrative matters related to company-owned properties, including coordination with government authorities Managing lease contracts for approximately nine locations, including renewals and document control Assisting in the preparation, review, and management of various contracts (vendor and service agreements, etc.) Managing office supplies and company assets, purchasing, and office environment maintenance Coordinating and reporting to Japanese management and internal departments Managing the full recruitment process (job posting, interview coordination, and hiring support) Handling onboarding and offboarding procedures, employment contract management, and termination processes Managing attendance records and operating/updating company rules and internal regulations Handling labor relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws Providing advice to management and overseeing HR and labor-related operations GA (General Affairs) focus: - 5+ years of experience in GA or administration - Experience with visa, TRC, and work permit procedures for foreign staff - Experience handling social and private insurance - Experience in contract, office, property, and multi-site management - Experience working with government offices and vendors
HR (Human Resources) focus: - 5+ years of experience in HR and labor work - Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding/offboarding - Experience in attendance control and company rules - Basic knowledge and experience with Vietnamese labor law
