Location: Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus from HCMC & Binh Duong)
Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:45 | Monday – Saturday (2 flexible Saturdays off/month)
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage the R&D team in developing furniture, lighting products, and accessories from concept to production
- .Drive product innovation through new designs, materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques
- .Work closely with customers, designers, and internal teams to develop products that meet market and customer requirements
- .Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of designs, samples, and new product launches
- .Collaborate with Production, Planning, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and continuous improvement

Requiremen
- tsBachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field
- s.At least 5 years of experience in furniture design, product development, or R&D managemen
- t.Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, hardware, and finishing technique
- s.Experience managing design/R&D team
- s.Good English communication skill
- s.Proficient in design software and ERP system
- s.Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skill
