Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead fundraising and capital management initiatives, partnering with banks, investment funds, financial institutions, and strategic investors. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the company's capital structure and supporting the expansion of its SME Financing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Capital Strategy
• Lead fundraising initiatives through debt, equity, and joint-venture structures with banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic partners
• Develop and execute capital raising strategies aligned with business growth and financing objectives
• Support the expansion of SME lending activities by ensuring sufficient and sustainable funding sources
Deal Structuring & Execution
• Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to optimize capital costs and financing efficiency
• Manage collateral arrangements, risk allocation, covenant requirements, and legal compliance throughout transactions
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure and implementation
Capital Management & Investor Relations
• Monitor capital utilization, covenant compliance, and portfolio performance through internal reporting and dashboards
• Prepare investor reports, quarterly updates, portfolio reviews, and annual briefings
• Maintain transparent and consistent communication with investors and financial partners
Partnership Development & Market Representation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
• Represent the company at investor meetings, fundraising presentations, and industry conferences
• Identify new funding opportunities and strategic partnerships to support future growth
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
– Investment Banking
– Corporate Finance
– Fintech Lending
– Structured Debt
– Private Equity (PE)
– Fund Management
Technical & Professional Skills
• Proven track record in fundraising, capital raising, or structured finance transactions
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, deal negotiation, and investor communication
• Solid English communication skills, particularly in financial reading, writing, and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network with banks, investment funds, or financial institutions in Vietnam
• Experience in fast-paced startup or fintech environments
• Understanding of SME Lending, Invoice Financing, or Supply Chain Finance is a strong advantage
